Valuation Reports

Our valuation and report are prepared in accordance with the Nigeria Valuation Standards (The Green Book) published by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON), International Valuation Standard (IVS) and the RICS Appraisal and Valuation Manual.

Our valuation and report also enable our clients to appreciate and ascertain the physical and economic state of their assets, and provides needed guidance on insurance, financial and legal context of the fixed assets.

In the case of Portfolio and individual property valuation, the scope of work will include the compilation of inventories of the fixed assets which include exhaustive schedule/record of the portfolio assets economic analysis of the type of real estate classes – Residential, Non-residential, etc, survey and measurement, locational descriptions, ages, construction details, uses, repair conditions, title, factors affecting value, planning, and other relevant features.

Our valuation report also provides our clients with detailed and reliable basis for vital decision-making including loan security, risk assessment, insurance, taxation, development appraisal, due diligence, corporate re- structuring, verification of assets, auditing and financial reporting.
